Italian High Streets are starting to light up , not only because of the Christmas decorations, but above all because of the trend recorded in the retail real estate sector in the first half of 2018.
From the new Fashion & High Street Report 2018 by Federazione Moda Italia in collaboration with World Capital, Global Blue, Nexi Purchasing Observatory and Chamber of Commerce of Milano According to the Italian Fashion Federation, some interesting signals are being detected in the lease of commercial properties, such as in Via Monte Napoleone in Milano, where in the last 12 months a +4,4% in rents was recorded.
In the first six months of 2018, in fact, the Via dello Shopping Meneghina reached €10.750/m2/year , thus establishing itself as the most luxurious High Street in Italy.
A follow in second place, Between le Italian High Streets with more value, we find Via dei Condotti in Rome with a maximum rent of €8.400/m2/year, while Via della Spiga is in third place Milano with its €8.200/m2/year.
Always a Milano è Corso Vittorio Emanuele holds fourth place with a maximum rent of €6.000/m2/year., followed again by the first city of Rome, which with PPiazza di Spagna and its 5€800/m2/year ranks fifth.
