WCG participates in the "Sales Leadership & Team Empowerment" and "Strategic Sales" training courses with the support of the Lombardy Region.

WCG – World Capital Group successfully participated in the training course “Sales Leadership & Team Empowerment” (ID 125141 – TITLE 20749), thanks to the financial support received from the European Union under the Lombardy Regional Programme ESF+ 2021–2027 – Second Edition.

 

The route represented an important opportunity for growth for the WCG commercial team, with the aim of strengthen strategic and operational skills in sales force management.

 

Through a practical and interactive approach, participants were able to hone their leadership skills, team motivation, performance management, and the use of advanced digital tools such as CRM, sales automation, and social selling strategies.

 

Among the main objectives of the course:

– strengthen the sales team's coordination and leadership skills;
– promote the empowerment of the sales force through motivation and active involvement;
– optimize performance management through KPI analysis;
– develop advanced negotiation and customer relationship techniques;
– integrate technological innovations into sales processes;
– apply coaching and mentoring methodologies to support professional growth.

 

The program included a mix of lectures, case studies, practical exercises, and role-playing, allowing participants to immediately apply the skills they acquired, with concrete impacts on individual and corporate growth.

 

In addition to this, WCG also conducted the course “ID 95661 Title 17023 Strategic Sale“: a dedicated training course, designed to equip participants with concrete tools and advanced techniques of communication and negotiation.
During the course, participants had the opportunity to explore new sales methods, aimed at overcoming traditional processes that often prove ineffective in today's context.

 

The goal was to provide practical strategies for acquiring, retaining, and retaining customers, transforming market challenges into opportunities.
