WCG assisted a private owner in the leasing of a property located in Roncadelle (BS), accompanying the process of converting an existing structure to Rhenus Logistics.

The asset, with a surface area of ​​8.000 m2 out of a total area of ​​17.000 m2, has undergone a renovation and subsequent leasing project, transforming it into an urban logistics hub serving the city of Brescia.

Challenge

Convert a decommissioned facility into an efficient logistics asset, reducing environmental impact and enhancing the value of an existing property without requiring new land use.

Outcome

Rhenus Logistics launches logistics and urban transport operations in the converted building.
