They are interested in rent of warehouse with measures more and 5.000 sqm and also in new real estate projects, which in 80% of cases they are built-to-suit. Always in first six months of 2017, we record a growing absorption. Finally, e-commerce and innovation reconfirm themselves as tenants of the change of logistics, supply chain and demand chain.”
