WCG has a buildable land area of approximately 113.000 m2 for logistics and production purposes, already equipped with primary urbanization completed, with a coverage index of 50%.
The complex is part of an ongoing authorization process that requires the Municipality to sign a project variant by March, followed by the urban planning agreement and the simultaneous request for a Building Permit.
The remaining secondary urbanization costs will be determined based on the project variant. Construction work is estimated to begin by June.
