The WCG – World Capital Group Office Team announces the sale of an office space of approximately 1.200 m2, located in the Porta Romana district in Milano.
The buyer is Il Prisma, an international architecture and design firm with Italian DNA, which designs spaces and experiences for human beings. The firm has offices in London, Milano, Rome and Lecce.
Despite the complexity of the operation, the parties combined synergy, professionalism, and transparency to successfully close the deal.
The property, comprising large open spaces, meeting rooms, a private terrace, and a large showroom, is spread over two levels. The space will be radically transformed by Il Prisma and will see the light in 2023.
The building is located in the Porta Romana area, inside a typical Milanese courtyard, recently completely renovated and close to the M3 metro line station. Milano.
